The approach will typically include remote network connectivity to the Kcom Service Desk for alerting and monitoring and an offsite Resolver Group comprising qualified storage specialists.
Change, Problem and Incident management activity is performed by the Resolver Group attending site where necessary and responding to critical alerts out of hours.
This service replaces the need for a customer to have its own office-based SAN Team and train out-of-hours Operational staff in storage management.
