Integrating disparate claims systems (using .NET/BizTalk technologies) after a series of acquisitions enabled Willis to realise the benefits of efficient claims handling, improved electronic storage of documents and a reduction of errors and omissions. As a result of growth through a series of acquisitions, Willis needed to undertake a major program of work to integrate the many disparate claims processing systems it had inherited.
