Since 2003 Smart421 has been assisting Northern Ireland Electricity with the Electricity Market Opening programme. Smart421's specialist consultancy and technical resources are addressing the opening of the non-domestic retail electricity market in 2005, establishing the market testing and implementation phase and the accreditation process for new entrants.
