Manage Engine Application Manager (MEAM) offers an extensive range of agentless monitoring functionality across a wide array of platform technologies, Operating Systems, Database, Middleware, Web Application and Web Servers. In addition, user journeys and end-to-end simulated transactions through your application can be configured to ensure that your service is performing as it was designed to.
Your benefits:
- As the tool is an agentless monitor, all monitoring is carried out from a ‘managed server located in the local subnet that can be viewed from a central admin server.
- There is no special admin console, it uses a standard Web Interface over http or https.
- It is based on Apache Tomcat and MySQL (or users preferred database). It will run on a Windows or Linux server.
- Configuration and maintenance is straight forward, mostly carried out though the web interface.
- Works at all levels from network devices, operating systems, application, database, web servers and ERP Systems.
The simple architecture means ongoing administration and maintenance is straightforward, avoiding the required huge amount of ongoing administration commonly associated with other tooling.
