We are looking for a graduate with at least 12 months commercial Java/J2EE development experience to join our team. With a high profile blue chip client base which includes companies such as Norwich Union, O2, Orange, Powergen and BT, we are therefore able to offer you the benefits of working in a smaller company culture but with a large company mentality. Graduates will have the opportunity to work on a range of integration projects in leading edge J2EE and middleware technologies such as WebSphere MQ, WebSphere Business Integration Message Broker etc). Role and responsibilites

If successful, you will be on a 2 year programme of rotation, which will include training, development and both Smart based and client based assignment experience. This will allow you to gain broad experience across the business and you will gain exposure to a number of business critical projects in many business sectors with varying roles and responsibilities. The key to this role is flexibility; flexibility to transfer skills from project to project, move across sectors embracing new challenges and developing new skills whilst working to tight deadlines.

Technical Experience

• Graduate with at least a 2:1 in an IT related degree (i.e. Computer Science/Software Engineering)
• Minimum 12 months development experience in Java/J2EE and related technologies (JSP, Servlets, JDBC, EJB, JMS)
• Good analysis and design skills (including knowledge of UML)
• Good knowledge of databases
• Knowledge of other web based technologies such as XML or XSLT
• demonstrable willingness to undertake further learning to improve and enhance existing skills

• 2 year programme of rotation around the various business units, i.e. Delivery, Service Management, Lead Consultancy and Pre-Sales
