Richard Hudson Richard is the Finance Director for Smart421, responsible for all of Smart421's financial matters and day to day legal work. Prior to joining Smart421 in 2002, Richard spent 12 years in public practice with Ernst & Young, latterly as a senior manager in their entrepreneurial services (SME) division and then 4 years in commerce as Head of Finance / Finance Director in the consulting and technology sector. Richard holds an honours degree in Engineering from Cambridge University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
