Roger Foord Roger has been involved in Information Technology in the London Insurance and Reinsurance market since 1977 and from 1977 until 1992 he was responsible for design and delivery of all IT systems at the Policy Signing and Accounting Centre (PSAC) now called 'XIS'. This is the central bureau for electronic settlement of transactions for Lloyd's brokers and London market insurance companies. Since 1997 has been independent consultant (Roger Foord Associates) specialising in technology in the London and global reinsurance market.
