Neil Miles Neil Miles is the CEO of Smart421 and has been with the company since inception. Neil has previously held the roles of Operations Director, Commercial Director and Sales Director within Smart421. Previously he was Head of Operations at Salmon Ltd where he led the re-positioning of the company as a leading E-Business systems integrator. At Salmon Ltd, he was also responsible for Project delivery and for supporting the blue-chip client base. Prior to Salmon Ltd, Neil was Project Services Head at TXU-Europe, reporting to the Group IT Director. Also of particular note was Neil's role as Head of Programmes for the 1998 deregulation of the Electricity Market at Eastern Electricity (now E.ON).
