Martin Brazill Currently on a secondment from the role of Head of Delivery, Martin is acting as Smart421’s Head of Business Change. Martin is focused on three key areas. Working with Affiniti, JAM IP and DMS on group wide initiatives; the development of Smart421’s own business propositions; and the aligning the organisation meet opportunities brought to the company by being part of the KCOM group. Martin’s career in the IT industry spans 18 years and he has extensive knowledge of managing complex projects using a variety of industry leading tools and methodologies. During this time, Martin has gained experience of delivering full life cycle projects and undertaking consultancy roles for a variety of Blue-Chip organisations in industry sectors including telecommunications, financial services and utilities. A background in business and strategic planning has given Martin experience of interacting at a senior level within companies, to empathize with business domain drivers and successfully manage key stakeholders.
