Graham Masterson Graham Masterson is Head of Programme Delivery and is responsible for overall management of all Smart421 projects and deliverables. He brings a wealth of experience in managing programmes, projects and portfolios of projects within the insurance sector and discrete manufacturing. Graham is used to managing complex business critical projects in highly competitive environments. He has a strong business background gained from experience in the 80s and 90s working in Marine and Non Marine Reinsurance in line management and project management roles. For the past 15 years, Graham has focused on IT project management either directly or as head of project management functions and has extensive experience of project governance and quality assurance regimes, the full project lifecycle and modern delivery methods. Today, he is conversant in many different technologies including business intelligence, document production and management, e-commerce and enterprise resource planning systems. Graham is a certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) and a Prince 2 practitioner
