Andy Budd Andy Budd leads Smart421's delivery function. As Director of Delivery, Andy holds overall responsibility for Smart421's managed services and development projects. Andy and his team manage a large number of services and projects, covering a wide range of technologies, and are responsible for keeping Smart421 at the forefront of software development and managed services technology and processes. Andy has a broad project management and service delivery background gained in sectors including utilities, telecommunications, transport, entertainment and public sector. Andy is Prince2 and ITIL certified (ITIL Certified Service Manager) and was responsible for implementing Smart421's ITIL processes and Managed Services tools. Andy has extensive experience in managing major projects for blue chip companies with multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
