Andy Budd Andy Budd leads Smart421's support function. As Head of Managed Services, Andy holds overall responsibility for Smart421's managed services projects and adherence to all client Service Level Agreements. Andy and his team manage a large number of support projects, covering a wide range of technologies, and are responsible for keeping Smart421 at the forefront of managed services technology and processes. Andy has a broad project management and service delivery background gained in sectors including utilities, telecommunications, transport, entertainment and public sector. Andy is Prince2 and ITIL certified (ITIL Certified Service Manager) and was responsible for implementing Smart421's ITIL processes and Managed Services tools. Andy has extensive experience in managing major projects for blue chip companies with multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
