AirVersent and Smart421 partnership aims to capitalise on business demands for mobile workforce solutions that deliver improved customer service and reduced costs

AirVersent, a world leader in easy-to-use, easy-to-deploy solutions for managing mobile workers, and Smart421, specialists in integration and managed services for business critical systems, announce today a decision to develop their existing business relationship into a formal channel partnership. Under the arrangement, Smart421 will become a Specialist Software Integration Partner for AirVersent’s ServiceNet and 20/20 Delivery mobile workforce management software. The move will enable customers to benefit from lower Total Cost of Ownership for mobile worker solutions through Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and follows co-operation and working arrangements on project wins and complex work packages between the two companies that started in 2004.
