Smart421 announce results of 2009 Customer Satisfaction Survey.

Smart421, specialists in integration and managed services for business critical systems, announced today the results of their 2009 Customer Satisfaction Survey. The survey covered Service Management activities and showed year-on-year improvements across nine key performance metrics. Overall, 92 per cent of customers rated their satisfaction in Smart421 as Excellent or Good with zero outliers reporting ratings of Poor or Very Poor. Even more impressive than the quantitative ratings were some of the qualitative remarks, praising Smart421’s business knowledge, technical skills, processes, communications and flexibility.
