Smart421 selected to speak at WUG Edinburgh 28 Sept 2010

Smart421 announces today that the WebSphere User Group UK (WUG) has selected Smart421 to speak at this September's conference. Alan Philpott, Lead Consultant at Smart421 will present on 'An innovative approach in productising large-scale DataPower deployments'. Alan will join leading IBM speakers Greg Turner, Bharat Bhushan and Andrew Ferrier in the WebSphere Appliances and ESB Products track.
Abstract of Alan's presentation: "IBM WebSphere DataPower Appliances can be used as key components within complex integration solutions. DataPower appliances are often deployed throughout a number of environments to support a projects release. The functionality released to the DataPower components should be tightly controlled and any deployments should be repeatable. This presentation discusses a possible approach to managing releases throughout a project's lifecycle."
The WebSphere User Group will take place 28th September 2010 at the Royal Society of Edinburgh, 22-26 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 2PQ Scotland.
