Smart421 - Wins Consultancy Contracts with a Major European ‘Triple-Play’ Provider.
Smart421 has won a number of service contracts with a major European broadband communications provider.
The company provides DTV, VoIP Telephony and Broadband in 11 countries across Europe and is implementing a Pan European Service Delivery platform to which all countries are being migrated.
The strategy is a result of an aggressive acquisition policy, in both mature markets and rapid growth emerging markets in Eastern Europe. Smart421 are placing highly skilled teams into the organisation to assist on a number of key projects including Next Generation BSS, Self care channels, license key management, EAI/ESB implementation, and CRM integration. For these projects, Smart421 will be providing business architecture consulting; business process analysis; EAI consultation; component design; custom software development and implementation services.
