SmartSAP + SmartShoring = a winning combination
Smart421, the managed services and integration specialist, has been awarded a contract to provide SmartSAP transactional support services to e2v technologies, a leading supplier of RF, microwave and sensing components and sub-systems.

Under the terms of the agreement, Smart421 and its India based partner, Tech Mahindra, will provide transaction support for a range of SAP modules including PP, SD and HR. Although delivered offshore, the service is fully managed and controlled by a Smart421 UK team. This ensures seamless communication and a predicted 50% overall reduction in support costs:
