Against a backdrop of the successful European launch of “TOGAF™ Version 9 Framework - Enterprise Edition” by The Open Group and special interest presentations majoring on the theory of TOGAF 9, Smart421 Lead Consultant, Richard Latham delivered a presentation on “Sustainable Enterprise Architecture”. His presentation gave a unique take on real-world enterprise architecture and included numerous anecdotes.

One key theme running through this 3-day conference was the need for soft skills in EA touching the entire organisation. Richard Latham’s presentation highlighted the importance of getting leverage for the organisation by making EA a self-sustaining function with board-level backing.
