We are looking for a graduate with at least 12 months commercial Microsoft development experience to join our team. Smart421 is an IT Consultancy with a high profile blue chip client base which includes companies such as Aviva, O2, Orange, VAA and Vodafone. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of integration projects in leading edge C# / ASP.Net and middleware technologies (i.e. Biztalk, Sharepoint, CRM) He / she can look forward to first class opportunities for training and progression with a company that genuinely recognises and rewards its star performers.

Role & Responsibilities

If successful, you will be on a 2 year programme of rotation, which will include training, development and both Smart based and client based assignment experience. This will allow you to gain broad experience across the business and you will gain exposure to a number of business critical projects in many business sectors with varying roles and responsibilities. The key to this role is flexibility; flexibility to transfer skills from project to project, move across sectors embracing new challenges and developing new skills whilst working to tight deadlines.

Technical Experience

• Graduate with at least a 2:1 in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related degree
• Minimum 12 months commercial experience in coding in Microsoft technologies, i.e. C#, ASP.NET, ADO.Net, DNA, XML
• Good analysis and design skills (including knowledge of UML)
• Good knowledge of databases, i.e. SQL server
• Knowledge of MS MI products e.g. SSAS, SSIS, SSRS
• Knowledge of MS products e.g. Biztalk, Sharepoint, Dynamics
• A demonstrable willingness to undertake further learning to improve and enhance existing skills
